About Us

Established in 2014 in Pune, Maharashtra, “Dantiwala Enterprises" is a proprietary manufacturing firm engaged in different products, including Microfiber Cloths, Microfiber Towel, Microfiber Sponge, etc. Their products are high in demand due to their premium quality and affordable prices. They are Pune-based, having warehouse operations in different parts of the country supplying products through e-commerce platforms. With a wide range of products kept at multiple locations, they were dealing Inventory Management problems.

Challenges

Looking to bridge the gap between their e-commerce sales & warehouse locations, Dantiwala Enterprises contacted Zenscale for a permanent solution. They follow a procedure in which they have assigned a Serial Number to every product, which is then listed on various e-commerce platforms.

The company has three manufacturing units in the state of Uttar Pradesh (Sahibabad Unit), Maharashtra (Khopoli unit), and Orissa Plant (Meramandali unit) in India and its sales network is across many countries. They were troubled with Inventory Management and transferring to different virtual locations. Dantiwala Enterprises wanted to automate its inventory process to dispatch orders from any of the above sites efficiently.

Approach Followed

Beginning with the discovery session, Zenscale understood Dantiwala Enterprises’ challenges in detail. We suggested the Material Management module to the company to streamline its inventory. We used their Serial Numbers and synced them in the system to track multiple locations.

Zenscale configured Material Management Software and Purchase App according to their business flow and process, which promptly resolved their issues. With Material Management, we trained them to create Purchase Orders according to Serial Number and enter sale entries using the same. Also, we set the mobile app for the team to check every detail & track inventory of all the locations in a click.

Result

Material Management automated their inventory process, and using one serial number for their product brought clarity to their system. From store receiving to sales, every entry was automated by Zenscale, which increased transparency in the company. Their internal processes got streamlined, which in turn helped in business growth & development.
